THIS IS A US PATENT (111,622 PAT NUMBER) MODEL FOR AN OLD HEATING STOVE. THIS WAS DESIGNED AND SUBMITTED BY EMERY & CASTLE INVENTORS. WE WERE ABLE TO BUY THIS ONE AND A FEW OTHERS FROM THE STRONG MUSEUM IN ROCHESTER NY. THEY CHANGED FROM AN ANTIQUE MUSEUM TO A CHILDREN'S MUSEUM AND THEY HAD SEVERAL OF THESE OLD PATENTS MODELS IN STORAGE. THIS ONE IS DATED 1871. YOU WILL NEVER FIND ANOTHER ONE AS ITS THE ONLY ONE. IT HAS A PATENT TAG ON IT DATED 1871 FROM THE US PATENT OFFICE. THE PIECE MEASURES 8.5" WIDE BY 7.25" DEEP AND STANDS 8" TALL. IF YOU ARE A COLLECTOR YOU DON'T WANT TO MISS OUT ON THIS RARE FIND.
