Software issues are not covered under warranty coverage’s. Returns All returns must be authorized by Advanced Electronics Recycling prior to a return. You will need to contact us to get a Return Authorization Number (RMA) Please note any item send back Non-Defective or unwanted items will incur a 20% restocking and relisting fee The customer if fully responsible for all return shipping costs on Non-defective or unwanted items.
