VFET Sony's Rare 2SK82 (KE-33) and 2SJ28 (KF-33) VFET (1 Pair) You are bidding on 1 NEW PAIR of VFET (Vertical FET) P/N: 2SJ28 (KF-33) equivalent to (KE-33) & 2SK82 (KE-33) (10A, 200V) from Sony. Please note that this is not the usual KE-33 pair i am selling, the 2SJ28 (KE-33) is already out of stocks. Its should NOT be used to replace the 2SK60 and 2SJ18 which is used in some Sony VFET Amplifier. The following links to some Japanese design using 2SK82. We are also selling individual VFETs separately with different rankings. We are also offering 2SK82 (KD-33) less than 30pcs left & 2SJ28 (KF-33) in our ebay store. And please beware of some fake or pulled parts that have been circulating in the markets. We guarantee our products are new old parts that we have kept in our warehouse in Singapore for the past 15 years and these parts are originally made in Japan.
