The VGA CMOS OV7670 Camera Module with Standard SCCB Interface and High Quality Lens is a high sensitivity camera for low-light operation. It has a low operating voltage for embedded applications and is compatible with I2C interface. The camera comes with raw RGB output format, RGB (GRB4:2:2, RGB565/555/444), YUV (4:2:2) and YCbCr (4:2:2) output format. It supports VGA, CIF and formats ranging from CIF to 40 x 30 format. The Vario Pixel method for sub-sampling ensures that the camera automatically controls AEC, AGC, AWB, ABF, ABLC, and Image Quality Controls. The ISP also includes noise reduction and defect correction. The camera module has a lens size of 1/6", a vision angle of 25 degrees, and a maximum frame rate of 30fps VGA.
