Flexible Shaft Shear Coupling  Vibration-Dampening Torque-Shear Shaft Couplings Part Number J-1211-3-14 Shaft Size is 3/8" on one side and 5/16" on the other. (Can easily be drilled out to 3/8 to match other side) Overall Length is 2-1/8 inches. End Diameter is 7/8" with the center measuring 1-1/4 inch. These couplings will shear in over torque conditions such as a machine jam. Flexible couplings with a neoprene element compensates for mis-alignment. Reduces noise & needs no lubrication.
