This is used and in fair condition. It has been tested and is fully functional and is guaranteed. This is actually a vibratory feeder bowl coil. It could be used as a pickup for a robot or would be great for the hobbyist just to experiment with. We have several people buying these for their kid’s science projects. There has also been several people buy these magnets to find metal objects in the ocean and lakes (see additional information for details). This coil is rated for intermittent use and the applied voltage will determine the duty cycle. It can operate efficiently at 200 degrees F or less. Safety Warning The holding strength listed on our magnets is the actual breakaway reading on a 2” thick mild steel plate with no air gap.
