The item available here is a used Vickers manually controlled hydraulic valve that appears to be in good overall condition.  The spool shifts manually with no problem and the detents are working correctly.   This item has not been tested and comes with a 14 day return policy from the date the item was shipped, EXCEPT INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING.  Postage is not covered. Here's the specs: DG17V-3-2N-40 Items will be paid for immediately using PayPal.
