I will reasonably work out any issue and will even provide partial to full refunds without requiring the item to be returned if the buyer honestly provides evidence that item is not as described. I describe items the best I can and utilize actual item pictures when justified. Below are my typical policies, but remember I’m just a small seller doing my best!!! SHIPPING I do not have a shipping contract, so buyer pays actual shipping charges. I make no attempt to make money on shipping and I do not add fees for packaging. I offer free pick-up on any item. I do utilize eBay shipping calculator on many items, so PLEASE understand that I do not control this cost. Given that shipping cost are known before bidding, please provide feedback scores of 5 for this category (please don’t bid on an item if you feel the total cost is not reasonable). Please understand I not responsible for shipping damage. I will utilize excellent packaging materials with adequate protection, but occasionally insurance may be a good option (claims are not easy – services never want to take responsibility, but we will assist if necessary). I will ship internationally, but additional shipping charges will apply (only actual costs charged). I combine shipping whenever possible to save buyers as much as possible. If you purchase more than 1 item, rest assured I will provide shipping charge refunds if you overpay (if overcharged). I typically do not send out shipping notices because our policy is to ship within 3 business days after payment has been made. If I am not going to meet this stated goal, I will contact buyer and notify them of shipment date and offer a refund if an issue. Again, PLEASE do not score us lower than a 5 on communication, because you did not receive a shipping notice – policy is stated here. Assume item has shipped as stated, unless we contact you. I do put tracking on most items but some USPS 1st Class items may not justify the cost (if over $25 sales item it will have tracking).. Payment Options Paypal Payment preferred, (a confirmed address or a note “confirming” the shipping address is needed – I need this in case there is an issue with delivery). I will accept alternative payment methods, but will ship only after payments clears / verified. Please pay for items within 5 days of auction close. I will contact you after 7 and enter a no-pay alert after 10 days (I have to do this to get fees back if item is not paid for).
