WHAT WE HAVE IS A USED FOR PARTS VICTOR COMPRESSED GAS REGULATOR WITH BOTH GAUGES.  THE LEFT GAUGE GOES TO 100 PSI WHILE THE RIGHT GAUGE GOES TO 4000 PSI.   THE GAUGES ARE WORKING FINE BUT THE REGULATOR APPEARS TO BE STUCK AND SHOULD BE ABLE TO BE REPAIRED PRETTY CHEAPLY.   I HAVE HAD THESE ON MY OXYGEN TANK AND THEY HAVE NOT BEEN USED VERY MUCH.   I HAD THE TANK IN A COLD ROOM IN MY SHOP AND WHEN I GOT THEM OUT TO USE THEM THEY WOULD NOT REGULATE BUT JUST WENT TO MAX PRESSURE SO AM SELLING THEM AS NEED REPAIR.      I DO ACCEPT PAYPAL AND CAN SHIP TO CONT. U.S. ONLY.    NO OVERSEAS SHIPPING.   WILL TRY TO SHIP ASAP WHEN PAID.
