The boning knife has a mid-length blade of high-carbon stainless steel is narrow and comes to a point at the end. The shape of the knife is designed to fit between flesh and tendons and bones on meats so chickens can be fabricated and large pieces of meat broken down. The stiff construction ensures the blade will hold its shape while being maneuvered through the meaty make-up of shoulders, legs, and thighs. The blade is triple riveted to the rosewood handle to provide supreme balance when fabricating meat. The Forschner 6 inch Stiff Boning Knife offers a way to add style and strength to your home cutlery collection.
