Victorinox carving knife.  Used for carving medium sized roasts and fowl, cutting large vegetables and fruit.  Blade is constructed from high carbon stainless steel and will not tarnish or rust. Hand finished in Switzerland by skilled craftsmen.   Knife has never been dropped and has no chips or dings throughout both blade and rosewood handle. It holds an EXTREMELY SHARP EDGE and would compliment both "Chef In Training" or Executive Chef alike. Please feel free to ask any questions about items for sale. More kitchen cutlery is also available.

Seller Notes “Victorinox carving knife is in very good condition and is SHARP. Blade is straight, is not bent and has no chips through its blade. Handle is rosewood and nice too. Has some grooves, as shown in pictures This item has been taken care of and was not left to float around the kitchen”
