****$.99 NO RESERVE AUCTION****. 5 DAY AUCTION Very nice set of American Wood Type Co letterpress type. These are from South Windham Ct and from my research these are from BEFORE 1902 when the company name changed to Tubbs & Co.  They are marked "American W. ?. Co So Windham CT" on sides of "A" blocks....The question mark I refer to is an unclear letter...not sure what it is.   All 4 "A" blocks are signed...the left one in the picture did not show up well in the picture.  Size is 1 5/16" tall.   The "A" is 7/8" wide. See pictures for measurements. If you have any questions please ask, I will gladly do more measurements. I did a light cleaning just to remove dust. I will pack with care and securely...NOT just throw loosely in a box.  Shipping will probably be a medium flat rate box.   Bid with absolute confidence. Very positive feedback on previous wood type sets I've sold.  Any questions please ask. Thanks for looking.
