Up for auction today we have a 10" brass cutting torch. The owner of this and the other torches I am selling are in very good shape and look to have been taken well cared for. This is a Harris 19-2 cutting torch, with a Harris head, and Harris 0 tip. All the knobs twist and the leaver pulls easily. I do not have the proper equipment to test these as I don't use torches.
