Written in Simple Language with Practical Illustrations This 1944 copyright hardcover book with dustjacket was published by Frederick J. Drake & Co. (Chicago) and appears to be a first edition. Detailed, comprehensive, well illustrated construction guidebook written in plain English... perfect for the Homesteader or Do-It-Yourself Builder. Measures about 6" x 9" (Sm 4to) and has 210 numbered pages. Book is in about Very Good Plus used condition showing moderate age toning, slight corner wear and edge soiling with a Dustjacket that grades about Good with several edge tears, edge wear and general surface wear and soiling.
