1950's Cushman 48 volt electric flatbed truck. This item is in good condition but is used and will look used. The original control box underneath seat was removed because it did not work but i still have original control box that will come with item. This item will come with new control box that is mounted on dash.This item has a  new 48 heavy duty volt electric motor replaced in it that is chained drive with sprocket attached to rear end of vehicle and 4 new 12 volt batteries were installed with new control box mounted on dash. The control box is forward and reverse but has no switch. You have to switch the two wires back and forth to operate it in forward and reverse. There was a new on and off switch installed for headlights. This item does work and is ready to use. It will reach a speed of 5-8 miles hour. This item is a vintage collectible show truck for collectors and a project that someone can work on and make changes. This item has a fresh coat of brown primer paint on it. The inside cab is all original but only headlights work The original headlight still works and has a on and off switch that was installed. The brakes do not work. The way the item is  geared by sprocket and motor  you do not need brakes because it goes slow enough they are not needed. This item comes with a new 48 volt charger. There is no tittle because it is vintage and consider a recreation vehicle salvage vehicle. This item was used in a industrial business/warehouse to haul merchandise around in the plant.This item is pick up only.
