Very cool TV Test gear--Hickok 660  This vintage Color Generator is probably from the 1950's.  It is the oldest looking one I have seen.  It has tubes so I did not attempt to power it up.  I have had it for decades and have never put power to it.  It looks very good on the inside.  It should clean up well.  The outside, cloth covered case, has received a fair share of bumps and bruises.  The dovetail joint is loose on the front right where the cloth is missing.  I would think it would be easy to add a bit of glue to hold it together.  Otherwise very solid with good handle, latch & hinges.  No instructions.  For such a small piece (11X11X5) it is heavy (15 lbs!). All my items are UNTESTED.  Please read the note below and bid accordingly. Untested:  I don't know much about electronics.  It was my dad's business.  I am selling off all the inventory he had of new and used parts and test equipment that have sat for years.  I know as much about it as your aunt Marge.  I do my best to research what I have and describe what I see.  Do not expect more than that from me.  Take your chances if you desire and please bid accordingly.   I combine shipping charges to save you money on multiple purchases! Shipping: Shipping is expensive. I'll estimate the weight & dimensions of the package, add a small handling charge to cover shipping supplies and add enough to cover the ebay/paypal fee for the shipping portion (oh yes, we pay a fee even on the money you send for shipping, nearly 20%).  I can't figure out the weights perfectly because I don't want to pre-package stuff that might not sell, has to be combined, or gets picked up here. So I just guess. Please live with it. At least you know in advance how much it adds to the cost of the item. Added items frequently go cheap if I can find the right box and there is never a charge to pick items up here. International Shipping: I have had no complaints and no lost packages. However, not all shipping options allow tracking or insurance. It seems to depend on the destination country.  I will use the method of your choice on inexpensive items, but will assume no responsibility for services not available by your chosen method.    I do not list 1st Class International shipping as an option, but will use it by special request.  I expect my buyers to understand the services available in their country better than I do. Communication: I'll answer questions quickly in most cases. You will receive a shipping notification with tracking info and a short message from me. I will not otherwise communicate with you unless you have a request. I will give feedback on all transactions. I have 100% positive feedback and will do my part to maintain it. Thanks for looking!
