Straight from Czechoslavikia, this Consul typewriter is absolutely wonderful. I do know that it was made either in 1963 or 1964. The color is a gray/blue with a white space bar and white lettering. Everything is fully functional and this old beauty types perfectly. The metal is silver with no rust. The ribbon is in good condition as well but can be easily taken out and replaced with a new one. The case that comes with it has seen better days. One zipper is broken and will not zip up. The other zipper works though and does zip. It comes with the original cleaning tools as well. Seller Notes “Typewriter is in excellent condition. It types well and ink is still printing dark. The case has seen better days. One of the zippers is broken and will not zip up. The latch still works and will keep it locked in.”
