Up for bid is a vintage 1971 paperback edition of the Encyclopedia of Electronics Components produced by Allied Radio Shack. From the book's preface: "The age of electronic computers, mass communications, and missile guidance systems has brought with it numerous components and terms of a specialized nature. Many of these same electronic components are used in bread boarding, kit building, experimenting, and troubleshooting. Since there are so many of these components, this book has been designed to present some of the more common devices in alphabetical order with a brief and simple description. In many cases an illustration is also provided to help identify the component. The most common uses for the component are also given. No attempt has been made to present an exhaustive study of each component, but rather a short, simple to understand explanation. It is for this reason that anyone interested in electronics, either professional or amateur, will find this Encyclopedia of Electronics Components to be a useful handbook for reference." This book would be a great addition to any electronics collection or a collection of Radio Shack items! This book is in excellent condition and looks as if it was never read. Binding staples are tight and all pages are intact and unmarked. The only mark on the book is a name on the lower page edges. I have shown this in the pictures. Encyclopedia of Electronics Components, Allies Radio Shack, 1971, Allied Radio Shack, paperback, 111 pages. Thank you for bidding and good luck!
