Hello this auction is for a Vintage 1980's? Yellow Jackson Hard Hat stamped "Merce". The woman I purchased it from told me that it was her husbands hard hat from a job in the 1980’s I could not find any information out about the company. Its made of what hard plastic and the words MERCE & their emblem Please check out my other auctions at my ebay store the "Absolutely Anything Shop" where there is "Absolutely" a chance you will find something you like! And add me to your favorite sellers list :) SHIPPING: I combine shipping whenever possible to save you money! My top priority is to maintain good feedback by keeping my customers happy!! Please always look closely at the pictures and read the entire description prior to bidding. All know flaws will be listed in the description and pictured. SATISFACTION: If for any reason you are not satisfied with ITEM WHEN YOU RECEIVE it please contact me prior to leaving feedback and I will try very hard to resolve any issues so that you are completely satisfied. IMPORTANT: ITEMS THAT ARE INSURED Please read……..If your item is insured and we have to make a claim. 1. I WILL FILE THE CLAIM FOR YOU IMMEDIATELY & SEND PROOF THAT I HAVE FILED THE CLAIM TO YOU. 2. You will have to work with me to collect on the claim by sending me pictures of A. the box as it came, (any pics of damage to outer package) B. I need a picture of the item inside the box to show the inner packing C. and lastly a picture of the damage to the item 3. You have to keep the box and the damaged item until I let you know that the claim has been paid. The claim people might want to come out and look at the item and they need to see the box too. 4. I will payout on my claim AS SOON as insurance is paid to me. In the unlikely event they do not pay out for any reason we will work something out. I have not had this happen yet. PLEASE NOTE: 1. In the event of a REFUND I may ask for the item back. I will determine on a case by case basis if I will pay for the return shipping. I may not even ask for a return of the item but will at least want a picture of damaged items. 2. I may change your shipping method, unless you specify not too if I do change the shipping method, I will refund any shipping difference. 3. I may add THE COST OF INSURANCE (in the case of fragile items) in the HANDLING FEE area. Ebay does not allow a seller to offer you Insurance; they advise you to add it into the cost of your item. 4.
