You are bidding on a used vintage 1950's (or early 60's) Dictaphone Electronic Transcribing Machine Time-Master Model.  It comes with the power cord and foot pedal attachment.  There is NO microphone attachment nor instruction nor any other accessories.  Three knobs on the front are marked 'V', 'T' and 'S'.  When unit was plugged in, the red indication light on the front panel lit up (see last photo).  However, the unit did not make any noise when the foot pedal was depressed.  I am not familiar with the machine at all and not sure if the machine function is controlled through the microphone attachment.  Hence this sale is strictly AS-IS with NO guarantee on the item's condition and performance.  Unit was in garage storage for over 50 years.  There are significant scratch marks and some minor rust spots on both the unit and foot pedal.  Both cords seem to be in good condition with no cut or break in the wires.
