This thing has to be at least 30 years old. I'm not sure how old it actually is, but you don't see many of these. All the levers and knobs work except the on/off twister, but it may be because my hand is not strong enough to turn it. I don't want to use pliers as it will damage the threads on the knob. There is no key and I think you will need a locksmith if you want to change the color or tape that prints on the check. (I think that is what the key protects.) Either way this thing has not been opened in a few decades. There are some beginning rust spots on it. This has been sitting in a storage room for years. This is too big for the large flat rate USPS priority box. It is heavy!! Now I no longer ship to Germany because a buyer named gmeindi has claimed he didn't receive his item. Also because of this incident-ALL NON-U.S. BUYERS MUST PAY FOR EXPRESS MAIL INTERNATIONAL (VERY EXPENSIVE) THAT PROTECTS ME FROM PAYPAL JUST TAKING MY MONEY. I WILL MAKE EXCEPTIONS FOR THOSE THAT HAVE PURCHASED FROM ME BEFORE. I DO NOT SHIP TO CHINA OR MALAYSIA ANYMORE DUE TO PACKAGES BEING STOLEN BEFORE BEING DELIVERED TO BUYER!!!!! (OR SO BUYER SAYS) I sell internationally too. Please be aware that shipping might be more than listed, sometimes that happens. I don't know why. I will refund any major excess shipping.
