I will pay for insurance and add when necessary. If the item is damaged in shipping, please take photos of the item(s) and inside and outside packaging and email right away. Since I insure many of the fragile items, this will assist with the claim and assist with your refund. I recycle boxes, but use new packing material. CONDITION OF ITEMS: Vintage items are usually not new and will show some sort of wear due to the age. The condition may vary from unused, very light use and so on. Even vintage items that are in excellent condition may still show some light wear. If I’m not 100% sure if an item is new, I will list it as used. All items get cleaned and tested before I list them. I make every effort to describe the condition accurately and point out any flaws. Items with flaws, damage, wear, etc. are priced accordingly. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: My items go through the Global Shipping center. I don’t know what the shipping cost or import cost will be. The system does not allow me to send an invoice; it will come from the shipping center. Please know what your total cost will be prior to committing to bid or purchase. RETURNS: Returns are accepted in accordance with listed return policy. When the item is returned in its original packaging and condition, a refund will be issued less shipping. If you receive an item that was not as described, a full refund will be issued including shipping. Items that ship free receive a refund minus my shipping cost unless the item is not as described.
