VINTAGE BELLSHAW TYPE K DONUT EXTRUDER AND PANCAKE EXTRUDER MAKER This is a commercial quality heavy duty alluminum donut and pancake maker. The plunger cutter end is made of stainless steel and comes apart for easy cleaning. I purchased this in the 1970's and used it in my restaurant. It has been stored away for over 20 years and was always well cared for. I have seen ones like this that looked like they came over on the Mayflower but this one is in great shape and clean !!!! Please take a good look at the photos and you will see what I mean. It stands 13 inches and is 7 inches wide. I only filled the hopper about 2/3 rds full but you can put more in. They say it holds 5#'s of batter. I own two of these--- one for the old fashion cake donuts and one for the chocolate donuts that I made. If I can find the other one, I am going to list that one also.It made the donut making so much easier. Check my other listings for more items. These are great because there is no mess with rolling out your dough and adding flour to tighten up the batter so that you could hand cut the donuts. You just put your batter in the hopper and plunge directly into your fry fat. So easy and no mess !!! This is a must have if you do your donuts and or pancakes on a daily basis in smaller amounts.I supplied a small cruise line with my product, so you can do a lot of donuts.!!! Even if you want to use this in your home or club or church---whatever--- it's a great time saver. I've made donuts for bake sale fund raisers etc. and it was easy. There is also a setting to control portions. I always used the 1& 1/2 ounce setting for my donuts. Set it for whatever you feel is right for you. These makers sell for around $150 and up for new.
