Up for your consideration is a vintage Bendix Aviation Corporation Friez Instrument Division, Baltimore 4, MD, Psychron Model NO. 566-3, that measures temperature and humidity. This is an aspirated rapid response device, housed in a plastic case with (2) 7-1/4 thermometers, with a battery powered fan. Also included is a conventional sling type psychrometer along with a psychron-metric slide rule. Everything is stored in a felt lined metal box. The instrument appears to be in good condition, the thermometers are not broken, there is no battery corrosion in the aspirated pyschron meter. THE FAN AND RED BACKLIGHT FOR READING THE GRADUATION ON THE THERMOMETER BOTH FUNCTION, (3) D SIZE BATTERIES ARE INCLUDED. However, THE CONNECTOR FOR THE BATTERIES WILL BE IN THE DISCONNECTED POSITION FOR SHIPMENT. The sling type Psychron-metric meter is also in operating condition. The operating manual was not with the unit. Please visit my other auctions; I will be delighted to combine items to save on shipping. Buyer pays shipping, handling to 48 states.
