Items must be received in the same condition it was sent along with the seller (i.d. tags intact, not polished, altered, etc...) In the unfortunate event that a package is lost or damaged in transit, the buyer will be required to notify the shipping carrier and file an insurance claim. Damaged items (and packaging material) must be retained for inspection by the carrier and a prompt return back to the seller.
