This is a cool old forge. Pretty much original, it does have some modern bolts installed and a couple of repairs that look like they were cracks but are solid. I bought this missing the handle on the blower. I believe I stuck a stainless pipe with a Renthal motocross grip on it. it works fine and doesn't look to far out of place. It has Buffalo Forge Co. cast into the blower. Along with Buffalo N.Y. and the word Handy I'm guessing that is the model. At the bottom of blower it also has "List 1268" cast into it. hopefully visible in the pics. There are also letters cast into the shoulders on the pan. I could probably decipher them if necessary but they look a bit erroded. the main bed is 24" X 24" and the pan area where the coal goes is 9" X 8" and approx. 5" deep.Please email with any questions, I'll do my best to answer them. I can hold this for several months if necessary after it has been paid for and possibly help with delivery.

“Overall this old forge is in good shape. It has a couple cracks that have been repaired sometime in the past but look solid. The blower works excellent. The handle that turns the air director will flop to one side but doesn't look like it will be any issue. Some of the bolts have been replaced with modern ones . I put the Renthal motorcycle grip on the blower crank handle. I believe it is slid over a stainless tube I had around. I bought this with the original handle totally missing. I'm sure the tube connecting the blower to the bed is not original, but does fit well and is completely functional. Other than that not sure what else to say but I have had it going a couple times, but now live at a place where it is not practical to use it, and looking to move it to a good home.”
