We will rarely ship outside of the US using First Class shipping (which is usually cheapest). This is because First Class International shipping can not be insured. Returns are only accepted due to damaged goods or items not matching the description. Returns will not be accepted because you changed your mind, no longer need the item, were bidding on two items and accidentally won both, you thought your shoe size was a 10 and it's actually an 11. You get the idea hopefully. If there is a problem with the item, you should let us know within 14 days of the auction closing date and before leaving negative feedback or positive or neutral feedback with negative comments. We prefer to receive payment within 48 hours of the auction's closing You have 3 days before unpaid items will be reported and Ebay opens an unpaid item case. We will not cancel a sale. If you bid and you do not pay, there will be an unpaid item case opened. We will not cancel a bid for you. If the bid qualifies to be canceled, you can cancel the bid yourself. If it doesn't qualify for cancellation by Ebay's standards, then it doesn't qualify by out standards. Bidding on an auction is a binding contractual agreement. One that we will hold you to. We acquire our items mostly through Estate sales and auctions. As such, we can rarely insure that they were always in a clean smoke free environment.
