Exterior paint / powder coating is in very good condition as is the rubber no-skid base. I've included one photo that shows the only wear - horizontal scuff on the left-hand side panel. Some light scuffing / cleaning scratches on the chrome face. Inside is very clean with only some light corrosion - please see photos. I did take it apart and cleaned it very thoroughly so you won't have to. Spring mechanism in good working order. Latch that opens front works well, easy to open and close - please see photo of latch.
