Up for sale is a Vintage 1970's Pentax® Electronic Stethoscope Model ST-IA or ST-1A. SOLD AS A VINTAGE COLLECTIBLE ONLY. I put a couple of button batteries in it and it works. I am not familiar with how to work it, but much to my enemies surprise, I do have a heartbeat!!! :-) I don't know much about it & could not find out much about it after some online research. Only thing I found was that it was FDA approved in the 70's. I bet your friend does not have one of these in his/her collection! See pics for contents and condition.
