You are bidding on this vintage PRESTO Model A Amalgamator.  Manufactured by McShirley Products Glendale CA.  The instrument appears to be in good working condition.  The Amalgamator has a 3000 rpm 1/25 HP motor.  The machine worked when I plugged it in.   I had to hold the switch to the start side which is perhaps how it was designed.  I don't know for sure.  To the right of the switch there is a light. The light also came on as you can see in the photos.   It is about 8 1/2" by 8 1/2" by 6 1/2".   Also included in this auction are: 2 tan & black mercury alloy caulk Gage's 2 black alloy and mercury caulk Gage's 2 Hess Bright bearings.  I'm not sure if they are spares for the Amalgamator I can offer no guarantee other than that the Amalgamator does run when the switch is to the start side.  Other than that I don't know anything about the functionality of this piece.  Please see the photos and ask any questions prior to bidding.   Buyer to pay shipping via USPS Priority from zip 06010.
