This auction is for a&nbsp;Vintage Dukane 4A876B/4A881E PA Intercom School System Master Control Unit. This item is in pretty nice shape cosmetically for an older unit. The only problem I saw was there is a missing rubber foot on the bottom (pic 10), so will need to find one, make one and add it or something similar. The case is in really nice shape, not bent or damaged, might have a few minor marks, but nothing worth worrying about. On the back panel is an AUX INPUT, I imagine for a speaker or something. Says above this that it is a Model 4A876B/4A881B, and was made in St. Charles, Illinois. In middle is a caution warning printed on the back middle of bottom case. Has a 117VAC 50-60Hz 0.5 AMP input cord, which is a three-prong grounded plug. It looks like you can remove the back panel and there is a long terminal strip for adding your wiring, as you can see the two port holes in the back (pic 4, bottom of unit) for the wiring to go through. You can see a couple of terminals through one of the wire ports in picture 8. As shown in picture 11, I did plug the unit in and flipped the power switch to on, and the red power light lit up fine. When I did turn up/down the SPEAKER and VOLUME knobs, you could hear different levels of electric noise coming through the speaker, like if you took a stereo system that wasn't playing anything, and you cranked the volume, you could hear that electronic hiss. The three way toggle switch works fine, and locks to the up position when switched to STANDBY, and springs back when toggled to TALK position, like you are keying a mic. There is one red BUSY button and ten white buttons on the front panel, and they all push in, pop out just fine. Looks to be in great shape cosmetically, but don't know how to test, so will be selling as a parts/repair unit only even though it will probably work just fine. I sell hundreds of items this way, and customers are very satisfied when bought this way and item works just fine. Return if not satisfied, you pay return shipping. Thanks for your time.</div><div><br></div><div>Will run auction for 7 days and if it doesn't sell, will increase price and send to storefront.</div><div><br></div><div>Buyer pays shipping cost, please see shipping statement before making any payment, thanks!</div><div><br></div> Stored in location 8-3.
