the best I can do for this listing is describe the item to the best of my ability since I know nothing more about it other than it appears to be collectable. there are light scratches and scuffs all over the helmet like one would expect for a used hardhat.  The head band inside the hardhat is worn as the pictures show but still complete and intact. The E.D., Bullard sticker inside is missing a small section but the rest is intact and in decent shape. There are 3 Shipfitter's and Helpers Local NO. 9 pins from 1942 on the head band.
