Vintage Fairy Form Feet (2) Plastic Shoe Displays Description Offered for sale are 2 vintage foot forms called "Fairy Forms" made by Shoe Form Co. Inc. of Auburn, N.Y.  They are made of light weight plastic with hollow insides.  Each has two toes with painted red nails.  They both have patent no. 2047673 and patent design no. 114990.   The 2 forms are not a matching pair.  The right foot is marked, "4-HDS" and the left foot is marked, "5-H.B.S.".   The right foot measures 8 3/8 inches long.  The left foot measures 8 3/4 inches long.  The forms are in good used condition with no cracks or chips.  The left foot has a mark on the top of the foot and is missing some nail polish.  See images.
