This is a vintage fire truck/hydrant chrome cap and reducer fitting. The large bell is 5-3/4" to the outside of the threads. The cap is 3" to the outside of the threads. Overall it is about 5-1/2" high with the outside diameter of the large bell 6-1/4" and the distance across the handles 12". It appears to be chrome on brass and weighs about 12.5 pounds. I did not attempt to polish the chrome. It does have dings and scratches.
