This vintage folder measures 3 1/2 by 6 inches as shown in the first ebay photo but then opens up into a piece of full size "Celotex Insulating Lumber" advertising spread that measures appx. 14 by 12 inches with lots of color illustrations of vacation homes on the inside; the front panel reads: THE LURE / OF THE / LAND OF PLAY / CELOTEX / INSULATING LUMBER with a color picture of a fly fisherman; on the inside of the folder when fully opened are 5 color pictures of vacation cabins with plans and FREE / YOUR CHOICE OF THESE / CELOTEX CABIN PLANS; there is also several dark shaded pictures of inside and outside of cabins; on the flip side, when fully opened, there are 4 color panels: 1 swimming scene / the fly fisherman / a busy city street with skyscrapers / a man and boy in a canoe on a stream w/ cabin in background; lots of advertising about building your vacation cabin and the importance of CELOTEX INSULATING LUMBER; the folder is in near excellent condition with about 3 tiny pin holes and very tiny series of small openings where two creases meet............surprisingly nice condition with a tiny bit of corner / edge wear and a dark spot on lower edge of front cover. At this time, CELOTEX was headquartered in Chicago, Illinois @ 645 North Michigan Ave; the folder has a dealer name printed PETER VREDENBURGH LBR.
