Here is a JAF Products aluminum steam air whistle in great working condition.  The overall length is 8 3/4" with 4 chambers, 7 1/2", 6 1/2" , 5 1/2" and 4 1/2".  There are some aluminum shaving at base of two of the tubes where they meet the block.  Looks like they didn't get cleaned out at production.  All four tubes are good and tight.  I introduced air into the chamber and it sounds very much like a train whistle.  Not sure about cardboard tube but it fits nice and is included with this whistle.   Please see photos and ask questions before bidding.
