Surplus from National Science Foundation.  Used in the fabrication shop at a major university.  I have done some basic clean and lube.  The rack and pinion is OK but shows wear.  The coarse focus has a slow spot.  The coarse focus is still tight and fine focus is excellent.  Stage traverse is excellent in the north-south and a bit stiff in the east-west.  I did not take the stage off.  Just got some light lube into the ball bearings. The scope has two holders to attach to the stage.  The smaller is shown in it's rack on the door of the original wood case.  The accessory drawer has green and red oculars for the top lens and several color filters for the sub-stage lamp. There is a felt-lined drawer for the glass stage plate. All three lamps work but are dim.  Original cord with line switch.  There is a small glass plate in a leather case also in the accessory drawer.  The mirror up on top of the eye-piece is one side polished metal and the other side seems to be missing another mirror.  The optics are very good.  I have only dusted the lenses.  I don't see any delamination or dust inside the lenses. Scope in the case weighs about 115 pounds.  Local pickup is best.  However, I will deliver this to my local FedEx / UPS Store.  You can arrange shipping through them. I will not ship directly because of eBay final value fees charged on shipping costs.
