Item Info: You are bidding on a vintage General Hardware Mfg. Co. Machinist stainless steel protractor No.17. This item is used and does have some wear but it has a lot of life left. There is a small blue stain on the left side. I tried to remove it but it wouldn't come off. I tried to take pics from every angle so please review pictures and ask questions on condition if you have any. Returns: I do offer returns within 30 days of receipt however buyer pays for the return shipping. I do ask that you please contact me first if you are seeking a return. It is not a requirement of a return but I would like to see if there is an alternative to shipping an item back. I am of the opinion that the shipping companies get enough our hard earned money, and rather than have you pay to ship an item back to me I’d ask for the opportunity to make it right should anything be wrong with an item. As a seller I want happy customers and positive feedback and I can’t fix it if I don’t know of the issue.
