I charge a flat 18.00 to pay for the PVC tubing and the very expensive shipping to get the rod to you in great condition. I provide insurance on any item over 100.00 dollars at no cost to you. Free shipping is in the lower 48 U.S. States only. I combine shipping whenever possible. Please let me know that you purchased items and need them to be combined since eBay no longer does it automatically. I do not ship to APO/FPO or in some cases PO Boxes since Fed Ex wont deliver there and USPS wont track there. Its a shame that the US Postal Service cant do its job and deliver to US Military Personnel and track packages at the same time.
