This is an internal newsletter (The Hahn Rooster) from Hahn Motors Company in Hamburg, PA.  It was published in January 1944 on 8 1/2 x 11" paper.  It contains information (gossip) about things happening in the plant / office.  We know little else about this except that several of my wife's relatives worked there at the time.  The item has always been in a dry, smoke-free home with no pets. Please look carefully at the photos, as they are part of the description.  Newsletter shows its wear and has small holes throughout plus some smearing of type.  It also appears to be a bit crooked, as the "BACK THE ATTACK" line at the bottom of the front side is partially cut off.  Also, one article is circled in blue pencil.  "EBAY PHOTO" is not positioned to hide any defects.  As proof, we are showing two front views and two back views of the newsletter. Newsletter will be protected by a file folder or something equally stiff and mailed folded in a business envelope via First Class USPS within one business day or receipt of payment.
“Signs of wear include small holes throughout from handling, and one article on second side is circled in blue pencil. There is a special announcement stapled at the top front of the newsletter. Also, this copy seems to be printed a bit askew with the bottom line (BACK THE ATTACK) partially cut off. It probably just fed crooked through the mimeograph machine.”
