The tin has seen some wear and has some dings (buyer can clean it up if they like). Not sure if kit is complete. Parts included in the tin: two (2) Hanler mini ratchets spool of " banding (not sure of its length) 55 "D" Hanler buckles or clips a Techalloy clip The tin measures just over 6"round X 1" high Please look at the pictures to see all that you will receive Payment Payment is due withing seven (7) days, after the end of the auction If you are bidding on multiple items, DO NOT PAY FOR ANY ITEMS until you are finished with ALL your bidding.
