You are bidding on an old Heavy Duty Bucket Sealer Lid Crimper Closer, with 16 brass lugs. Size:  The closer measures ~12" (inside) across the bottom, and 14-1/4" outside to outside.  Overall height is 27". Weight:  ~34 pounds Condition:  Used in Good Condition.  It has scratches, light gouges, and rust.  But no cracks that I could find.  The old wood handles look to be in good repair.  The former owner was a highway bridge painting contractor. This old relic is ready for display or to be put to use!
