Flip the lever down on each cuff and the KEY DOES NOT RELEASE the cuff, extra security so these cannot be easily picked or pried open. Approximately 9 3/4" Long Stamped "Japan" on both cuffs. Two keys included. Each cuff pivots on center bearing Highly chrome plated. Fit in Standard Size Belt Handcuff cases. Not a Toy. New in the original Vintage Box.
