It has been sealed in the original box since manufacture in 1987, and is in perfect factory new condition in every way. I opened it for the first time for photos, and carefully re-sealed everything exactly as it was before opening. All of the anti-static packaging around the components was not opened, so as to not disturb the seals. This kit was originally purchased by the US military, and has been stored in climate controlled warehouses for the past few decades. It is sealed in several layers, including a heavy metalized aluminum packaging material for absolute protection (see photos). This is a rare find in this condition. These are ideal for testing logic chips, especially on older boards. Included in this kit are multiple items and components.
