Vintage Hickok TV-7/U Tube Tester - For Restoration or Parts - Not Sure It Works See pictures for all details and description.  Needs gone through but everything seems to be there.  Insides are fairly clean but does have a musty smell from being closed up.  I turned it on, lamp works, fuse was at first bright but quickly settled down to a tiny glow (4th picture).  Line adjustment pot needs cleaned - couldn't bring the voltage all the way up. (3rd Picture) I did not try to test a tube but clean the switches, replace a few caps and resistors, etc., and I think it will.  Case needs a paint job but does close tightly, handle is solid.   The schematic (2nd picture) is in the bottom of the case.  Test & service manuals are all over the internet. All in all this would make a nice restoration project.  Sold as is.
