Unit power on to standby mode with that red light staying on solid.  After powering off the unit I verified that all switches, knobs and dials move properly.Video output to peak volts meter arm moves slightly when the unit is rocked showing that it is not locked up. Case of box has scratches and the bottom has surface rust. Items sold as is as i cant test fully I take great care in shipping old electronic items ensuring the proper box size and type.  Wrapping them in stretch wrap to decrease dust and moisture exposure in transport.  Wrapping them in bubble wrap and packing and remaining space with clean heavy weight Kraft paper.  If for any reason i dont have these items on hand i pay at my own expense Fedex pack the item for me.   Please check both shipping options as the buyer’s location can drive the USPS or Fedex price drastically.  I also pass on my shipping savings to buyers so this will impact the prices as well. - Items in this auction were purchased at local estate sales and were checked as noted in the auction description and pictures.  Please ensure you understand what you are purchasing and ask questions prior to bidding if you are unsure.  All items are sold “as is”.  I attempt to describe and test as much as possible as well as state this in the auction details so I repeat again if I don’t state something is working please ask as I will not offer returns unless the item is not as described in the auction.  Payment is expected within 72 hours of purchase.  Returns:  Returns will only be offered for 14 days after arrival and only if I misrepresent the item purchased.  Buyer pays return shipping.  Refund will be for purchase price only.  Examine pics carefully the item pictured is the one you will receive.  I USE NO STOCK PHOTOS
