Humboldt Cork borer with 7 bits.  Wire brushed the shaft a bit, and she turns as smooth as butter.  Missing a couple of set screws, and the hand appears to be missing threads as it just sits int he hole on the flywheel.     All 7 bits have been cleaned in ammonium citrate and had the rotted rubber pieces pushed out.  Touch them up on a sharpening stone, and you are good to go!
