Vintage Industrial Mid Century Metal File Record Box with Divider Presenting an industrial metal file box that originally stored records to play for a square dance group. Box would have been owned by the caller. This is fairly large at 12.5" x 10" x 10". Has several labels on the front & sides that can probably be easily removed, but I have left them. Sliding catch easily holds lid. Features a fixed metal divider inside, which is intact, and not wobbly. The handle is in good shape. You can see a good bit of pitting inside...looks like dirt, but when I wiped a rag over it, it came back clean. Paint wear, scratches on outside of box, bottom and sides.
