Visits to the warehouse are by appointment only. It's just two of us, so patience is appreciated! ~{ Questions }~ Please ask any questions regarding an item BEFORE buying. We respond to requests for information and photos as soon as we possibly can, but usually not on weekends or holidays. We are only two people and don't stay at the warehouse so it could take several days to answer questions. The salvage business is a labor of love. We hope you love to salvage, up-cycle and reuse cool, old items too! ~{ Payments }~ Payments by cash or in-state check on buyer pick up preferred. Pick-ups must be arranged by appointment M-F 10-4. Paypal payments must be received within 3 days after commitment to buy unless other arrangements are made. ~{ Shipping }~ Buyers to pay shipping and handling unless listed otherwise. Sometimes eBay switches to priority mail even though we select Local Pickup Only. We are not going to ship large heavy items for $5.45. Don't even bother trying to get us to. For large "Local pick up only" items, you need to arrange shipping. UShip, a freight service or UPS and Fedex freight are all good options. We'll meet the shipper by appointment at the warehouse for pickup during normal business hours. Many clients have had good success with "blanket wrap service" on Uship.com. Usually best to name your own price (which you can't do if you link the item to the eBay listing). You have our permission to use our eBay photos to create the Uship request only. We recommend only using the small shippers with good feedback, but obviously cannot guarantee any shippers' service. Shippers must be willing to make an appointment for pickup Monday-Friday 9 am-5 pm only. We do not have a loading dock, but do have a forklift. We would be happy to take "Local pick up only" items that can be carried by one person to the UPS Store and you can pay them over the phone directly for packing and shipping. For very small items that do offer shipping, we try to process shipping within 7 days, sometimes that is not possible. If you would like your item shipped immediately and/or insured please contact me and we will rush, otherwise, please know that we are NOT fast. ~{ Refunds }~ We sell very old stuff. It is hard to guarantee everything we sell. What we see as character and beauty, someone else may see as flawed or broken. We try to explain all items to the best of our knowledge in the description and using photos as part of the description. Your item will not be perfect. If you are not pleased with your item, please let US know right away so we can try to correct the problem before filing claim with eBay--you may ruin our rating over something we can easily fix.
