Vintage General Electric Interval Timer From X-Ray Dept-Timer & Alarm   The case and the paint reflect use. There was some printing on it's back that has worn off over the years and is only partially visible. There is a metal arm that is pulled down that springs up with the alarm sounds. It shows wear. Underneath, it has a number printed on it. The number is "50-26101-02" There is also a date stamped on it that says "Jan 53". It marks time up to ten minutes and then it can mark time every ten minutes up to 2 full hours. It is a hand wound device. The crystal appears to be made of plastic. The times desired are set by turning the dial on the front of the timer. The alarm and timer are both wound and set with the same key that is located on it back side. There is also an adjustment to speed the timer up or to slow it down and it can be found on the back side of the unit as well. There is a small chromed loop on the top of the timer that is used to hold the timer and to move it around. there are 4 holes in it's base.  It measures about 4 inches by 4 inches and is almost 2 inches thick. This timer is quite a historic item that I hope someone will want to own.
